Rent: Dependent on property
Deposit: Up to 5 weeks equivalent rental for property value below £50,000 per annum
Deposit: Up to 6 weeks equivalent rent for properties above £50,000 per annum
Holding deposit: Capped at 1 weeks rent
Utilities: Gas, Electric and water are all responsibility of the tenant to pay
Permitted Payments for a tenant:
Nominal Interest on late rent set at 3% daily above the bank of England base rate.
A lost key or security devices (per item): maximum charge being £50 including VAT
Early Termination: £50 including VAT, a higher payment can be charged (agent will demonstrate why in writing)
Change of sharer within a tenancy: £50 including VAT, a higher payment can be charged (agent will demonstrate why in writing)
Company Lets: Reference fee £250 including VAT
Inventory, schedule of condition report: from £134 including VAT
Company Contract Fee: £240 including VAT
